With a background in psychology, recruitment, and HR, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience as a mother of three—including twins. After working her own mindset, Sarah quickly understood the importance of working on your mindset so shift “traditional” ways of working, stereotypes and biases and how essential this work is as an individual.
Women are often struggling with their confidence and their self worth and building these skills will result in more women progressing in their careers, speaking up for what they want and need and providing more women with the skills they need to progress and thrive in leadership positions.
